We send orders wherever you want, anywhere in the world. International shipments are made by certified mail.

Despite COVID-19, we continue to work from home with all the necessary precautions recommended by the government.

Typical delivery times:

Upon receiving confirmation of payment for your order, it takes from 24 hours to 5 business days to receive it (for the peninsula). In case of an urgent order, contact 637151560, by phone or by WhatsApp.

The most common is that any order placed before 2:00 p.m. is delivered the next day if it is a working day (on the peninsula), but depending on the activity or the season it may be delayed a few more days. For international and national shipments through the Post Office in certified mail: HOPS is not responsible for delays caused by the Post Office.

The shipping price is invoiced directly to the end customer without HOPS applying a surcharge on the conditions negotiated with MRW.

Shipping costs are free from a purchase of €70 (for shipments to the Peninsula).

Returns:

IMPORTANT: since these are personalized jewelry, HOPS does not accept any returns that are not due to errors in the production of the jewelry. If the jewel is in accordance with the request of the website user / client, no return is possible.

If it is a non-personalized jewel, the return can be made within a period of 14 calendar days. Then the refund of the amount of the jewel will be made after HOPS verifies that the jewel is in perfect condition.
